Acacia Honey
The acacia is a kind of honey in the late spring and early summer. The flowering period is about May, but it will vary according to the geographical location. The flowering period of the acacia is from April to June. The acacia is mainly distributed in the Yellow River and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China, such as Shandong, Henan, Hebei, Anhui, Shanxi and etc.
The appearance is only a white or light yellow liquid with fluidity, and the taste is sweet and delicate. With like other honey, the acacia honey can be used for beverages or baking. It is usually used as a sweetener in food, but it does not change the taste.
Among the honey varieties exported by China, the export volume of acacia honey is very large, and it is also the highest export honey in China, mainly exported to Europe, Asia and the Middle East. For example, Japanese and Korean people like to have a light taste, so acacia honey is very popular.
